Ms. Luo Xinmei has long been based in Shanghai with extensive experience in industrial operations, business services and investment. She leads Benwei's long-term direction and major business decisions, and drives expansion across technology services, business advisory and new materials.

Mr. Shen is responsible for group strategy execution, industrial project investment and incubation, key-account ecosystem development, and domestic and international market expansion. He led the investment that brought Zhiwei's industrial operations to Shanghai and oversees Zhiwei's global market business. He has built a global client cooperation framework and established deep strategic partnerships with leading enterprises including Huawei, CATL, Charoen Pokphand, Fast Retailing, YKK and SK Group.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Li has deep expertise in industrial capital and comprehensive operations of real-economy enterprises. He has long led industrial M&A, asset restructuring, medium- and long-term strategic planning, and group-wide management. With more than ten years of senior management experience at a major Shanghai state-controlled listed company, he has been deeply involved in capital operations, industrial resource integration, organizational reform and major business decisions.

Ms. Ma has more than ten years of experience developing government and enterprise clients in the financial sector. She focuses on state-owned banks, joint-stock banks, city commercial banks, securities firms and licensed financial institutions, with deep familiarity in procurement processes, bidding, negotiation, project delivery and after-sales support across the full business cycle.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Bian has long focused on group HR strategy, organizational design, talent pipeline development, performance management, corporate culture and labor compliance. With years of hands-on experience in top-level HR design for diversified groups, she understands organizational challenges in industrial and investment businesses, aligns HR planning with long-term strategy, and builds executive incentive mechanisms and talent systems to drive organizational change and efficiency.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Yang is a seasoned financial and capital management expert overseeing financial strategy, treasury management, investment and financing analysis, tax compliance, budgeting, cost control and risk management. With years of experience as a finance leader in industrial trading and investment, he has been deeply involved in financial due diligence, deal structuring and post-investment financial integration for M&A and asset restructuring projects.
Established in 2022, Shanghai Zhiwei New Material Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the research, production and application of PLA biodegradable fibers and specialty polyester fibers. Shanghai Benwei Industrial Co., Ltd. holds a 49% equity interest and participates in investment and industrial collaboration. Zhiwei New Material operates as a separate legal entity and is responsible for its own products, qualifications and operations.
