Benwei x Huisheng New Materials: Building a National Five-Star Smart Park Model

The Smart Park Standards Application Case selection organized by SAC/TC426/WG5 has announced its results. The "Huisheng New Materials Prefabricated Building Industrial Park Smart Park" project planned, built, and delivered by Benwei won the highest annual honor—Five-Star Smart Park Application Project—recognized at the national standards level.

As a leading prefabricated building materials company in Jilin Province, Jilin Huisheng New Materials Co., Ltd. operates a 260,000-square-meter park with advanced capacity for autoclaved aerated concrete panels and blocks. To improve operations and advance smart manufacturing and green development, Huisheng partnered with Benwei to build a campus-wide smart management platform.

Centered on "integrated operations, data-driven management, and proactive collaboration," Benwei built a digital foundation with an Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) as the command hub. The platform integrates smart security, access control, energy management, environmental monitoring, production support, smart poles, information publishing, environmental monitoring, broadcasting, and more—enabling closed-loop cross-system event handling through a unified alert center.
