Computing Power Connects the World, AI Services Go Global | Benwei and Shantou Overseas Chinese Experimental Zone Explore a New "Token Overseas" Path

Notably, Shantou has completed the country's first city-level full-chain validation of "Token overseas," connecting data bonded zones, Token production, overseas invocation, and compliant data circulation.

As a long-term player in AI and computing power, Benwei has provided computing infrastructure construction, operations, and integrated services to governments, operators, and central SOEs, delivering benchmark projects such as intelligent computing centers in Tianjin, Jiangxi, and Suzhou. Benwei is also upgrading from traditional computing construction to an integrated "computing + models + applications" capability system, exploring AI inference services, agent applications, Token production, and internationalized AI services. A recent breakthrough—Benwei's inclusion in a leading operator's core supply chain for key Token generation capabilities—marks further progress in its "AI+" strategy and positions it to collaborate deeply with Shantou's Token overseas pathway.

During the exchange, both sides focused on computing resource coordination, cross-border digital service ecosystems, policy-industry linkage, and international market expansion. Going forward, they will leverage Shantou's policy, infrastructure, and cross-border institutional advantages together with Benwei's capabilities in intelligent computing centers, model services, and industry implementation to connect computing resources, industrial demand, and international markets more efficiently.
